Add net/py-suds-jurko, Lightweight SOAP client (jurko's fork)

As it conflicts with net/py-suds because of installing the same files,
add CONFLICTS_INSTALL to both py-suds-jurko and net/py-suds
and bump PORTREVISION for the latter.
