Install net/libnet headers and libraries back in the location where other
ports expect it.  The files were put in a different location to avoid a
conflict with net/libnet10 but this port has been removed a while ago now.

At the moment 1385 ports use BUILD_DEPENDS= ${RUN_DEPENDS} and 450
ports use BUILD_DEPENDS:= ${RUN_DEPENDS}. This patch fixes ports that are
currently broken. This is a temporary measure until we organically stop using
:= or someone(s) spend a lot of time changing all the ports over.

Explicit duplication > := > = and this just moves ports one step to the left

port update: security/firewalk 1.0 -> 5.0

        I'll be happy to take maintainership over this one. I removed
        the BROKEN notice on versions older than 3, as this was
        completely rewritten and I feel somewhat optimistic today.
        Please tell me if this is proves wrong.  The patch to change
        the Makefile is also not required anymore, I hope the
        configure is doing the right magic, as I haven't tested it
        when PREFIX!=/usr/local

Update to 1.0    

Massive style enforcement - use ^I instead of spaces for variables identation.  
 

Then -> than in pkg-descr, remove extra blank line in patch-aa.    

Reverted maintainership to ports@FreeBSD.org, several people report   the
current maintainer has been unreachable.    

Update to 0.99.1; the old one was not even fetchable anymore.    

Convert category security to new layout.  

Remove redundant/inappropriate CATEGORIES.  People need to start reading   the
Porter's Handbook.  :-)
