Problem:
	QT4 support is deprecated and will be removed in March 2019.
	fwbuilder upline is no longer supported.

Solution:
	Use the fwbuilder fork on github. This:
	- updates fwbuilder from 5.1.0 to 5.3.7.
	- uses QT5.
	- is supported.
