security/py-crits: Really fix pillow depends
The previous commit message indicated PYTHON_PKGNAMEPREFIX was added
to the pillow dependency specification, but the commit didn't actually
contain that change, so add it now.

security/py-crits must use django v1.6 and will not work with v1.8
Two dependencies bring in www/py-django so I have created two new slave ports
which
use www/py-django16
* devel/py-django-tastypie-mongoengine allowed you to select django 1.6 or 1.8
in the options It now uses only 1.8
* add slave port devel/py-django16-tastypie-mongoengine which uses django 1.6
* www/py-django-tastypie now sets RUN_DEPENDS only if not already set
* add slave www/py-django16-tastypie which uses django 1.6

Add new port: security/py-crits
CRITs is a web-based tool which combines an analytic engine with a cyber threat
database that not only serves as a repository for attack data and malware, but
also provides analysts with a powerful platform for conducting malware
analyses, correlating malware, and for targeting data. These analyses and
correlations can also be saved and exploited within CRITs. CRITs employs a
simple but very useful hierarchy to structure cyber threat information. This
structure gives analysts the power to 'pivot' on metadata to discover
previously unknown related content.
