- Update version 3.0.0-258=>3.0.0-270
- Remove BUILD_DEPENDS and RUN_DEPENDS into LIB_DEPENDS
- Change compiler to use c++14-lang
- Make HYPERSCAN default for amd64
- Remove DEBUG_DESC and DOCS_DESC for the defaults DESC
