Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

security/softether{,-devel}: do not spit out anything on libexec directory
SoftEther client, bridge, server daemon unintendedly had spit on libexec
directory up to this update. Spit out all runtime files, directories and
logs on SE_DBDIR or SE_LOGDIR.
While here,
- Avoid all hardcoded use of /var/db/softether, /var/log/softether

- Substitute these directories in pkg-message as well
- Regenerate some patches

New port: security/softether5: SoftEther VPN 5 (Developer Edition)
SoftEther VPN ("SoftEther" means "Software Ethernet") is an
open-source cross-platform multi-protocol VPN program, created as an
academic project in the University of Tsukuba. Its protocol is very
fast and it can be used in very restricted environments, as it's able
to transfer packets over DNS and ICMP. A NAT-Traversal function is
also available, very useful in case the required ports cannot be
opened on the firewall. The supported third party protocols are
OpenVPN, L2TP/IPSec and SSTP.
This port is a bleeding-edge developer version of SoftEther, not for
production use. If you're looking for a solid and stable version,
use security/softether (RTM version) or security/softether-devel
(stable version) instead. This version is available also on other
other than i386/amd64 processors. Users who want to use SoftEther on
single board computers such as Raspberry Pi, BeagleBoard or other
embedded devices, try this port.

security/softether: cleanup Makefile
I'm working on update security/softether-devel. However, this port and
-devel port were created and maintained by other people. So there's no
consistency between these ports. I'm going to renew -devel port this
port based. Before updating -devel, cleanup existing Makefile issues
on this port:
* add LICENSE_FILE
* add ONLY_FOR_ARCHS_REASON
* avoid useless use of +=
* do patch in post-patch, not post-extract
* do everything in do-install
* remove MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE as it actually build now
* simplify DOT2UNIX_FILES
* use sysrc rather than editing rc.conf in pkg-message
* use tab after =

I did not fix ports that were such a mess that I could not figure out
