syslog-ng 3.7.3 is now good enough for general use. It is copied from
syslog-ng-devel to syslog-ng37. Suggested by Peter Czanik, our
syslog-ng upline representative from Balabit.
The old syslog-ng port now become syslog-ng36.
This is the first part of a two part commit.

New port: sysutils/hfm
hfm is an application to run tests in parallel at a high frequency.
If the outcome of the test results in a state change, other commands
can be executed.
It is designed to be a general purpose, loosely-coupled tool, by
having both the tests and the state change commands be executed by
the operating system. For example, one could write the test in
shell or c, and have it called through the exec facility.
In practice, the overhead of spawning a new process per test limits
frequency that can be achieved by the tests, and their results.
Anecdotally, 5ms intervals have been seen to be achievable.
An example application is to poll other network services for health,
and to take actions based on their health status changes.

DSBMD is a media/filesystem type detecting daemon that allows clients to mount
storage devices.
DSBMD watches the mount table for changes, monitors devd events for new storage
devices, polls CD/DVD drives and card readers for media change events, deter-
mines media types, volume names, and filesystem types. Mountable devices,
changes in the mount table as well as device add/remove events and altered
states of mountable devices are presented to clients. Clients can request DSBMD
to mount, unmount, and eject media, or set the CD/DVD reading speed.

New port: sysutils/puppetserver
Puppet master is a Ruby application that compiles configurations
for any number of Puppet agent nodes, using Puppet code and various
other data sources. (For more info, see Overview of Puppet's
Architecture.)
Puppet Server is an application that runs on the Java Virtual Machine
(JVM) and provides the same services as the classic Puppet master
application. It mostly does this by running the existing Puppet
master code in several JRuby interpreters, but it replaces some
parts of the classic application with new services written in
Clojure.

- Add p5-Schedule-Cron-Events 1.94
- While I'm here, add NO_ARCH
Given a line from a crontab, tells you the time at which cron will next run the
line, or when the last event occurred, relative to any date you choose. The
object keeps that reference date internally, and updates it when you call
nextEvent() or previousEvent() - such that successive calls will give you a
sequence of events going forward, or backwards, in time.
Use setCounterToNow() to reset this reference time to the current date on your
system, or use setCounterToDate() to set the reference to any arbitrary time, or
resetCounter() to take the object back to the date you constructed it with.
This module uses Set::Crontab to understand the date specification, so we should
be able to handle all forms of cron entries.

- Add phttpget 0.2
`phttpget' is a Pipelined HTTP GET utility.
This is different from "normal" HTTP in that it allows the HTTP
client to have several HTTP requests "in flight" at once, and can
dramatically increase performance when a large number of small files
need to be downloaded. (This was the case with portsnap, where
downloading 300 files of 200 bytes each is not unusual).
Note that phttpget is currently extremely minimalist.
Please see the website listed below, for a full feature list.

Add new port: sysutils/iohyve
iohyve creates, stores, manages, and launches bhyve guests utilizing built in
FreeBSD features. The idea is based on iocage, a jail manager utilizing some of
the same principles.

New port: sysutils/amtc
Intel's Active Management Technology is a simple embedded subsystem
that helps you manage remote servers. In particular you can power off
or reset a remote system, regardless of the state of the operating
system.
amtc is a tool to efficiently monitor, power-control on a scheduled
basis and interactively manage a bigger bunch of PCs equipped with
Intel vPro technology, distributed over several rooms. Having a
practical tool for this purpose massively eases system management
procedures, from scheduled, unattended OS-re-installs to individual,
interactive remote power management needs.

This package provides an API for querying the distutils metadata written in
the PKG-INFO file inside a source distribution (an sdist) or a binary
distribution (e.g., created by running bdist_egg). It can also query the
EGG-INFO directory of an installed distribution, and the *.egg-info stored in
a "development checkout" (e.g, created by running setup.py develop).

new port: sysutils/puppet4
This is version 4.x of sysutils/puppet, which is in some large parts
incompatible with previous versions. As the C++ rewrite of facter is
not resolving some required facts on FreeBSD yet, default to the old
version written in Ruby for now.

This module sends syslog messages over a network socket. It works like
Sys::Syslog in setlogsock's 'udp', 'tcp', or 'unix' modes, but without
the significant CPU overhead of that module when used for high-volume
logging. Use of this specialized module is only recommended if 1) you
must use network syslog as a messaging transport but 2) need to
minimize the time spent in the logger.

Syslog messages--as standardized in RFC3164--embed a priority number
(the PRI part) which is composed of a severity and a facility
value. The constants which encode these values are specified in
section 4.1.1, and are made available by this module. For instance,
the exportable LOG_FTP constant has a value of 11, the value for the
FTP facility.

Facter is Puppet's cross-platform system profiling library.

sysutils/moosefs-* update to 2.0.72-1
The update to 2.0.72-1 includes splitting the sysutils/moosefs-master
port into several new ports to achieve better modularization. This
matches the approach upstream has taken with their own FreeBSD packages
which they were distributing via their own pkgng repository.
Further details are provided in the UPDATING entry.
Upstream MooseFS team is now taking maintainership of these ports.

Update zeitgeist to 0.9.14 [1]
This version of zeitgeist now bundles libzeitgeist in the port. The
new libzeitgeist was bumped to libzeitgeist-1.0.so -> libzeitgeist-2.0.so.
* deskutils/cairo-dock-plugins: supports both zeitgeist versions.
* net-im/folks: Only supports the new 2.0 libzeitgeist library version. And
this went unnoticed, woops.
* sysutils/libzeitgeist: Remove since it is now bundled in zeitgeist.
* sysutils/qzeitgeist: Update the port for the new zeitgeist API.
* www/midori: Mark the zeitgeist option (non-default) broken until midori
can be updated to a version that supports the new libzeitgeist 2.0

New port: sysutils/reptyr
reptyr is a utility for taking an existing running program and
attaching it to a new terminal. Started a long-running process over
ssh, but have to leave and don't want to interrupt it? Just start
a screen, use reptyr to grab it, and then kill the ssh session and
head on home.

Add sysutils/cloudabi-utils.
Summary:
Though CloudABI programs can simply be started from the command line
like any UNIX process, the preferred way for starting them is using the
cloudabi-run utility.
cloudabi-run parses a YAML file that contains the configuration for the
program that you want to run. Special tags can be used in the YAML file
to indicate that the program depends on a resources (a socket or a
file). cloudabi-run then attempts to obtain these resources and startes
the program for you.
The end result is that it's possible to build software that looks like
traditional UNIX software (executable + config file), but still gets run
in this completely sandboxed environment.
