Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

- Re-add sysutils/gpart, another useful port removed with no reason

A port of a tool which tries to guess the primary partition table of a PC-type
hard disk in case the primary partition table in sector 0 is damaged, incorrect
or deleted. The guessed table can be written to a file or device.

Supported (guessable) filesystem or partition types: DOS/Windows FAT, Linux
ext2 and swap, OS/2 HPFS, Windows NTFS, FreeBSD and Solaris/x86 disklabels,
Minix FS, Reiser FS

Take maintainership.

Leave DEPRECATED for the nonce awaiting further test input from the lists,
and possibly to look for alternatives such as TestDisk which might be
more portable or more up-to-date replacements.

Also see the current (March 2011) freebsd-ports@ discussion with subjects
'Deprecation campaign' and 'sysutils/gpart: deprecated port, anyone interested?'

Compile as C99 to avoid a ton of warnings in exchange for a few new ones.
[ 00:03 mandree search for other commits by this committer ] Original commit
First round of amd64 fixes. Compiles and detects BSD partitions, but
may require work for NTFS, NTFS5, or other partitions. There may be more abuse
of "long" on the assumption it were 32 bits, and there may be more endian-
ness assumptions lingering in the code.

Also bump expiration half a year into the future and fix whitespace to make
portlint -C happy. Remove MD5 checksum while at it, and mark MAKE_JOBS_SAFE.

I do not claim maintainership for lack of interest, but possibly this is a
starting point. Also see the FreeBSD-ports discussion this month, and possibly
Debian and/or Fedora have more patches that might be useful.
