Description:

yq is a lightweight and portable command-line YAML processor in go. yq uses jq like syntax but works with yaml files as well as json. It doesn't yet support everything jq does - but it does support the most common operations and functions, and more is being added continuously.

various: Bump Go ports for 1.24.9

This is a direct commit to 2025Q4. It'll definitely bring things (esp.
PORTREVISION lines) out of sync with main, but trying to MFH the
associated bump commit would bring in a massive quantity of conflicts.
