mandoc is a suite of tools compiling mdoc, the roff macro language of
choice for BSD manual pages, and man, the predominant historical language
for UNIX manuals. It is small, ISO C, ISC-licensed, and quite fast. The
main component of the toolset is the mandoc utility program, based on the
libmandoc validating compiler, to format output for UTF-8 and ASCII UNIX
terminals, HTML 5, PostScript, and PDF.
mandoc was formerly distributed as mdocml.
textproc/mandoc: Take maintainership
I am the maintainer of mandoc in base, and have developed a good
relationship with upstream. I intend to switch mandoc in base to
track the stable release when it arrives later this year, and then
track snapshots with this port.

textproc/mandoc: add CONFLICTS_INSTALL for groff
mandoc and groff both install /usr/local/bin/soelim. Mark the conflict
so pkg can warn users before installation.

The upstream project was fully renamed with the 1.14.2 release in July
