Alexis initially reported this as a missing dependency on py-csvkit,
but it's actually py-agate that has the deficiency.

Convert Python ports to FLAVORS.

Ports using USE_PYTHON=distutils are now flavored. They will
automatically get flavors (py27, py34, py35, py36) depending on what

using distutils but flavors are not wanted.

A new USE_PYTHON=optsuffix that will add PYTHON_PKGNAMESUFFIX has been

  PKGNAMEPREFIX but are flavored.

USES=python now also exports a PY_FLAVOR variable that contains the

agate is a Python data analysis library that is optimized for humans
instead of machines. It is an alternative to numpy and pandas that
solves real-world problems with readable code.

agate was previously known as journalism.
