Use the gettext port instead of own static libintl.  No need to remove  
share/locale, it is handled by the gettext port.

(1) /usr/share/info/dir was renamed to dir-tmpl.   (2) Now it is not necessary
to exist a file "info/dir"   when install-info is executed.
