The fancyindex module generates directory listings like the built-in
autoindex module, but the page is built from a template: header and footer
can be supplied as files, the columns can be sorted, and the listing can be
styled with a sheet of its own.
This port only installs the module sources. The module itself is built by
the nginx ports when their HTTP_FANCYINDEX option is enabled.
