Decommission of TurboGears 1.5 and friends
This package branch is no more developed/supported upstream since about 2011.
There is devel/py-turbogears2 (current stable and supported branch) in ports
tree. Since there are no ports, depending on that, mark them deprecated and
set to expire at 2017-03-03

[ 14:20 mat ] (Only the first 10 of 271 ports in this commit are shown above. )
Remove UNIQUENAME and LATEST_LINK.
UNIQUENAME was never unique, it was only used by USE_LDCONFIG and now,
we won't have conflicts there.
Use PKGBASE instead of LATEST_LINK in PKGLATESTFILE, the *only* consumer
is pkg-devel, and it works just fine without LATEST_LINK as pkg-devel
has the correct PKGNAME anyway.
Now that UNIQUENAME is gone, OPTIONSFILE is too. (it's been called
OPTIONS_FILE now.)

TurboGears brings together four major pieces to create an easy to install, easy
to use web megaframework. It covers everything from front end (MochiKit
JavaScript for the browser, Kid for templates in Python) to the controllers
(CherryPy) to the back end (SQLObject).
The TurboGears project is focused on providing documentation and integration
with these tools without losing touch with the communities that already exist
around those tools.
TurboGears is easy to use for a wide range of web applications.
