Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

- catch up with directory renames since USES=webplugins was introduced;
fixes plugins not being automatically enabled after install
- linux-firefox and linux-seamonkey can play HTML5 audio [2][3] and
  measure about:memory usage, again
- dom.ipc.plugins.enabled->true no longer crash linux-firefox which makes
some flash sites work again; as there's no nspluginwrapper in-between
the infamous "youtube issue" never occurs
- install DEBUG with symbols [3] and describe the option better [4]
- enable dumping about:memory upon kill -65, kill -66 and GC/CC log
upon kill -67 to a file under /tmp directory; linux-firefox uses
kill -34, kill -35 and kill -36 respectively

- Add seamonkey

This is the current release of the Seamonkey open source web browser. It should
be fully compliant with all W3C standards, including HTML, CSS, XML, XSL,
JavaScript, MathML, SSL encryption, SVG and RDF. Also supports Java with
the use of the FreeBSD native Java plug-in.

This is the latest bleeding edge release. Beware that you'll probably find
bugs here, so if you value stability, try www/mozilla.
