Change all ports to use USES=xorg-cat instead of the old XORG_CAT
Add USES=xorg and USES=gl as needed to x11@ ports

Switch FreeBSD CURRENT to use the new xorg stack (WITH_NEW_XORG=) [0]
If the old xorg stack is still needed, it is possible to add WITHOUT_NEW_XORG=
to /etc/make.conf to get the old version.

Update several xorg related ports, including:
x11/libxcb 1.9.1 -> 1.9.3
graphics/libdrm 2.4.46 -> 2.4.50
x11/pixman 0.30.2 -> 0.32.4
x11/xkeyboard-config 2.9 -> 2.10.1
x11-drivers/xf86-input-keyboard 1.7.0 -> 1.8.0

Fix dissapearing cursor in xf86-video-vmware [2]

Stagify all x11@-owned ports

Bump portrevisions for xf86-* ports due to xserver version change.

Fix fallout from updates where needed.

Add a new xorg module, to use with USE_XORG: xorg-macros.  This  module
pulls in devel/xorg-macros.
Convert all ports that depends on xorg-macros to use this USE_XORG.
Split up the long XORG_MODULES= list in bsd.xorg.mk to have only one module
on each line.
Add xorg-macros dependency to xorg-server.

The X-Server has been patched to the latest 1.7.X series, drivers
and fonts have been updated to the latest versions. This update includes
some components from Xorg 7.6 with a lot of improvements, and it seems
that the performance is much better than the old version. Also this
Update fix build issues with clang and binutils 2.17.50 in current,
remove 6.X gruft and de-author pkg-descr.

- Update to Xorg 7.5

The Intel drivers was patched to work with
the new server. The drivers for Vesa, NV,NVIDIA and
ATI have been tested thoroughfully and seem to work fine.

A note to FreeBSD 6.X users: We strongly recommend you
to update your system to 7.x or above.

- Update X.org ports to 7.4+ (few ports are more recent than the katamari).
- Bump PORTREVISION for all ports depending on libglut since the shlib
version number went from 4 to 3.
- Bump PORTREVISION for all ports depending on libXaw as libXaw.so.8 isn't
installed anymore.
- Couple of ports fixes (mostly missing xorg components added to USE_XORG).
