Glade is a RAD tool to enable quick & easy development of user interfaces
for GTK+/GNOME. It can generate the C source code needed to create
the interfaces designed within Glade's interface editor.

Now consolidated into one port with flavours since the codebase is
the same, just linked with different libraries resulting in different
SONAMEs and APIs. SONAMEs/flavours:
* GTK3 + libsoup = libwebkit2gtk-4.0 (40)
* GTK3 + libsoup3 = libwebkit2gtk-4.1 (41)
* GTK4 + libsoup3 = libwebkitgtk-6.0 (60)
Despite upstream's recommendation to use clang for better skia
optimisation, this port now USE_GCC due to extensive std::pair copy
constructor use that is not trivial to continue patching to stay
working with our libc++ version 1 ABI. See review D35327 for some
details.

all: remove explicit versions in USES=python for "3.x+"
The logic in USES=python will automatically convert this to 3.8+ by
itself.
Adjust two ports that only had Python 3.7 mentioned but build fine
on Python 3.8 too.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

devel/glade: add missing build dependency on xsltproc(1)
Typically it is pulled through default selection of options which could
be turned off, resulting in the build failure. Where here, add missing
GJS_DESC and wrap one overly long line so it fits the standard terminal
width (80 characters minus the readability padding).

While here, make sure gtk-update-icon-cache is only on run dependency
where added as a dependency
Enforce gtk3 to depend on gtk-update-icon-cache (previously it was
inheriting the dependency)
Remove textproc/gnome-doc-utils.
It is abandonded upstream for years and is Python-2.7-only.
Adjust consumers, some only need a rebuild, others have their
documentation formerly created by gnome-doc-utils / xml2po removed.

Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3
to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371.
This includes ports
- with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
- with USES=fortran,
- using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
- with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang,
c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib
plus, everything INDEX-11 shows with a dependency on lang/gcc9 now.

Convert Python ports to FLAVORS.
Ports using USE_PYTHON=distutils are now flavored. They will
automatically get flavors (py27, py34, py35, py36) depending on what
versions they support.
There is also a USE_PYTHON=flavors for ports that do not use distutils
but need FLAVORS to be set. A USE_PYTHON=noflavors can be set if
using distutils but flavors are not wanted.
A new USE_PYTHON=optsuffix that will add PYTHON_PKGNAMESUFFIX has been
added to cope with Python ports that did not have the Python
PKGNAMEPREFIX but are flavored.
USES=python now also exports a PY_FLAVOR variable that contains the

* Add PORTSCOUT macros to only show stable gnome versions.
* Fix the PORTSCOUT macro in devel/glib20-reference/bsd.gnome-reference.mk
so that all -reference ports get ignored.
* Add some PORTSCOUT=ignore:1 here and there for software that won't get
any updates anymore. Or are slave ports, so only the master port will
get checked.

The FreeBSD GNOME team proudly presents GNOME 3.14 and Cinnamon 2.2.
Gnome 3.14.1 and Cinnamon 2.2.16 are supported on FreeBSD 9.3-RELEASE and up.
This commit removes the old GNOME 2 desktop, bindings and some ports that
can't be compiled. A few ports where updated to more recent versions to
allow them to compile with this update.
Apart from updating ports to newer versions
GDM is more integrated with gnome-shell now, and handles several things for
the GNOME desktop such as screen locking. If you want to use GNOME 3 via
startx, you will have to add your own lock screen/screensaver. For example
xscreensaver
can be used for sessions started without GDM.

GNOME has just changed the layout of their FTP site. This resulted in
making all the distfiles unfetachable. Update all GNOME ports that fetch
from MASTER_SITE_GNOME to fetch from the correct location.
SWitch maintainership of core GNOME ports to a small group of committers
(gnome@FreeBSD.org), since this is now definitely too big for just one person.
