The recently imposed "must be logged in" restriction is a response to increased bot traffic on the site. This affects search, commits, and vuxml pages.

Clang 18 is more strict in checking inline assembly constraints,
resulting in an error building devel/llvm14, devel/llvm15, devel/llvm16,
and devel/llvm17:
