New port: dns/flamethrower

Flamethrower is a small, fast, configurable tool for functional
testing, benchmarking, and stress testing DNS servers and networks.
It supports IPv4, IPv6, UDP and TCP, and has a modular system for
generating queries used in the tests.

It was built as an alternative to dnsperf, and many of the command
line options are compatible.

DSC (originally developed by The Measurement Factory and now developed
by DNS-OARC) is a system for collecting and exploring statistics from
busy DNS servers. It uses a distributed architecture with collectors
running on or near nameservers sending their data to one or more
central presenters for display and archiving. Collectors use pcap to
sniff network traffic. They transmit aggregated data to the presenter
as XML data. dsc is configurable to allow the administrator to capture
any kind of data that he or she chooses.

This is a pure C program that accesses the DNSDB API server at Farsight
Security. An API key is required for operation. The command syntax was
inspired by a python script called dnsdb_query, but significant departure
has occured, largely inspired by a modern understanding of "time fencing"
and a desire for new features such as CSV output and JSON reprocessing.

Add dns/dynip.

dynip is a daemon that monitors your host system ISP assigned dynamic IP
address. If it changes, dynip automatically updates the dynamic DNS IP
address at your dynamic DNS hosting provider then posts an informational
message to the host system log followed by sending an informational email
to user root.

The dynip daemon and the daily script are very simple Bourne Shell type
scripts containing self documenting embedded comments. They use the
"fetch" command to issue the standard browser style URL format used by
most dynamic DNS hosting providers for the purpose of actual updating
the registered IP address with the new IP address. There are some small
variations in the URL format depending on the dynamic DNS hosting
provider being used.

New port dns/dns2blackhole: Malware Prevention through Domain Blocking

dns2blackhole is a set of Bourne Shell csh scripts that fetch host files
from public host file providers that contain the FQDN [ Fully Qualified
Domain Names ] of sites that fall into the following categories, adware,
malware, exploit, hijackers, harvesters, tracking, phishing, fake news,
fraud, spam, sex, porn, gambling, advertisements, misleading marketing,
illegal pharmacy, warez/piracy and others. The output of the dns2blackhole
scripts is fed directly into the ports/package versions of unbound, named,
and dnsmask DNS servers to block those FQDN thus protecting user
devices from being compromised or bothered seeing things of no interest.
The base built-in version of unbound titled "local_unbound" can also be
configured to work using the dns2blackhole method. This black hole method
is another layer of protection that you can customize to your needs.

Importing KDE Frameworks into the ports tree (required for newer KDE Desktop and
Applications)

KDE Frameworks is a collection of libraries and software frameworks by KDE
that serve as technological foundation for KDE Plasma 5 and KDE Applications
distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) [1].

The work is based on what we have in the KDE testing repo [2].

This is the next big step in updating the KDE Desktop and its Applications
to anything less dusty.

With this change, `USES=kde:5` is now a valid option. Ports that need to depend
on KDE Framework can now set:
	USES=kde:5
	USE_KDE=<framework1> <framework2> ... <frameworkX>

The current opendnssec porthas seen a massive rewrite by the upstream
so it was rechristened opendnssec Version 2.
To quote the announcement at <https://www.opendnssec.org>:

"OpenDNSSEC got a entire re-write of the enforcer. This part of
OpenDNSSEC controls changing signing keys in the right way to perform
a roll-over. Before, the enforcer would perform a roll-over according
to a strict paradigm. One scenario in which deviations would not be
possible.

The new enforcer is more aware of the zone changes being propagated in
the Internet. It can therefore decide when it is safe to make changes,
rather than to rely upon a given scenario.

Introduce BIND9 9.11.0b1. (beta1)

BIND 9.11 brings many changes to BIND, including a new license
(the Mozilla Public License 2.0 -- you can read about it here:
https://www.isc.org/blogs/bind9-adopts-the-mpl-2-0-license-with-bind-9-11-0/)
and many new features, including:

- Catalog zones, a new way to provision zones on slave servers
- dyndb api, a fast new api enabling BIND to serve zones stored
in a database (Developed by Petr Spacek of RedHat)
- RNDC showzone, view-only mode and other improvements
- dnstap query and response logging (Robert Edmonds is the author
   of dnstap, see www.dnstap.info)
- EDNS Client-subnet (authoritative server functions)
- DNSSEC key manager, a new utility (Thanks to Sebastian Castro
   for helping with development.)
- Automatic CDS/CDSKEY generation
- Negative Trust Anchors for DNSSEC validators
- IPv6 bias to encourage use of IPv6 DNS servers
- Minimal response to "any" queries (Thanks to Tony Finch for
   the contribution)
- DNS Cookies are now enabled by default, using the standardized code point

A "public suffix" is a domain name under which Internet users can directly
register own names.

Browsers and other web clients can use it to
- avoid privacy-leaking "supercookies"
- avoid privacy-leaking "super domain" certificates [1]
- domain highlighting parts of the domain in a user interface
- sorting domain lists by site

Libpsl...
- has built-in PSL data for fast access
- allows to load PSL data from files
- checks if a given domain is a "public suffix"
- provides immediate cookie domain verification
- finds the longest public part of a given domain
- finds the shortest private part of a given domain
- works with international domains (UTF-8 and IDNA2008 Punycode)
- is thread-safe
- handles IDNA2008 UTS#46 (libicu is used by psl2c if installed)

[NEW] dns/py-idna: Internationalized Domain Names in Applications (IDNA)

A library to support the Internationalised Domain Names in Applications
(IDNA) protocol as specified in RFC 5891. This version of the protocol
is often referred to as "IDNA2008" and can produce different res
lts from the earlier standard from 2003.

The library is also intended to act as a suitable drop-in replacement
for the "encodings.idna" module that comes with the Python standard
library but currently only supports the older 2003 specification.

Add two remaining ports from dnstools suit:

axfr2acl transfers A records from the given DNS zones and converts them to
an ACL for use in BIND configuration files.

rpsl2acl queries a set of RPSL database objects (normally route-sets) and
converts them to an ACL for use in BIND configuration files.

- Add p5-IO-Async-Resolver-DNS 0.05

IO::Async::Resolver::DNS extends the IO::Async::Resolver class with extra
methods and resolver functions to perform DNS-specific resolver lookups. It does
not directly provide any methods or functions of its own.

These functions are provided for performing DNS-specific lookups, to obtain MX
or SRV records, for example. For regular name resolution, the usual getaddrinfo
and getnameinfo methods on the standard IO::Async::Resolver should be used.
