CloudCompare is a 3D point cloud (and triangular mesh) editing and processing
software.
It has been designed to perform direct comparison between dense 3D point
clouds. It relies on a specific octree structure that enables great performances
when performing this kind of task. As most point clouds now are acquired by
terrestrial laser scanners, CloudCompare is able to deal with huge point clouds
- typically tens of millions of points. A comparison between a point cloud and a
triangular mesh is also supported. So are many other point cloud processing
algorithms (registration, resampling, color/normal vectors/scalar fields
management, statistics computation, sensor management, interactive or automatic
segmentation, etc.) as well as display enhancement tools (custom color ramps,
color & normal vectors handling, calibrated pictures handling, OpenGL shaders,
plugins, etc.).

graphics/cloudcompare: Update 2.12.4 => 2.13.2, take maintainership
* Add WWW for source code repository.
* Static tarball is available, but not used, as GH_TUPLE is needed
for bundled external libraries and 3-rd party plugins.
* GL is needed for the main application, not for the plugins only.
* Build PLUGIN_IO_QPDAL unconditionally, just like other plugins.
* Supply *.desktop with *.png files from the previous version, as
upstream doesn't ship them anymore. Fix post-install accordingly.
* Fix plugin path detection actually enabling plugins autoloading.
* Improve COMMENT and pkg-descr

Mk/Uses: always use colon for build/run suffix
Most USES use a colon for build/run(/test) suffixes. Change kde.mk,
qt.mk and pyqt.mk to do the same, and update all ports using that.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Mark this port as broken everywhere since r546770 update to math/flann:
cloudcompare-2.10.3_4 depends on shared library: libflann_cpp_s.so - not found
Note that this port is unmaintained and expiring in a few days, so, if
anyone has any interest in it, they should speak up.
graphics/cloudcompare: fix build on powerpc64 elfv2
xmmintrin.h is unnecesary and makes CXXFLAGS_powerpc64 also unnecessary (tested
on amd64 as well), while clang on ppc64 elfv2 needs mm_malloc.h.

Add USES=xorg USES=gl, ports categories e and g
Add USES=xorg and USES=gl to ports in categories starting with 'e' and 'g'.
While here, try to sprinkle other USES (mostly gnome and sdl) as needed.
graphics/cloudcompare: fix build on powerpc64
This port tries to use SSE instrinsics. Add to CXXFLAGS on powerpc64
-DNO_WARN_X86_INTRINSICS -mvsx, which enable using SSE to Altivec translation
layer. Because of that, also use new GCC. Note that intrinsics translations
needs VSX, which is only supported on POWER8 and newer, but this port doesn't
currently work on powerpc64 anyway.
Limit -Wno-narrowing to only clang, gcc doesn't support it.
Also add USES=gl for PLUGINS option.

Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3
to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371.
This includes ports
- with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
- with USES=fortran,
- using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and

Fix Qt5 symbol version scripts to put the catch-all clause first. When
a symbol matches multiple clauses the last one takes precedence. If the
catch-all is last it captures everything. In the case of Qt5 libraries
this caused all symbols to have a Qt_5 label while some should have
Qt_5_PRIVATE_API. This only affects lld because GNU ld always gives the
catch-all lowest priority.
Older versions of Qt5Webengine exported some memory allocation symbols from
the bundled Chromium. Version 5.9 stopped exporting these [1] but the
symbols were kept as weak wrappers for the standard allocation functions to
maintain binary compatibility. [2][3] The problem is that the call to the
standard function in these weak wrappers is only resolved to the standard
function if there's a call to this standard function in other parts of
Qt5Webengine, because only then is there a non-weak symbol that takes
precedence over the weak one. If there's no such non-weak symbol the call
