imgSeek is a photo collection manager and viewer with content-based search
and many other features. The query is expressed either as a rough sketch
painted by the user or as another image you supply (or an image in your
collection). The searching algorithm makes use of multiresolution wavelet
decomposition of the query and database images.

KDE3 and QT3 expired on 2013-07-01, remove these ports.
Unfortunately, this also affects some ports using QT3 as a GUI toolkit.
Changes to infrastructure files:
- bsd.kde.mk : obsolete, remove
- bsd.qt.mk : note that a CONFLICTS_BUILD line can probably go after a while
- CHANGES : document the removals from bsd.port.mk
- KNOBS : remove KDE and QT (KDE4 and QT4 should be used instead)
- MOVED : add the removed ports

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.
The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).
