Rspamd is fast, modular and lightweight spam filter. It is designed to work
with big amount of mail and can be easily extended with own filters written in
lua.

mail/rspamd: Update to 4.2.3
Bug fix release. ARC forwarders whose seal fails verification are no
longer trusted (a whitelisted d= with a broken seal used to produce
ARC_ALLOW_TRUSTED and could lower DMARC), HTML and URL parsing now
follows browser rules so content after comments, CDATA or SVG/MathML
is no longer hidden from the scan, and a milter session use-after-free
on connection close is fixed.
Incompatible changes: phishtank.rspamd.com is disabled by default, and
duplicate RBL queries are merged so a rule now scores once per matched
value (set merge_checks = false to keep the old behaviour).

mail/rspamd: Package hs_helper configs with VECTORSCAN
Follow-up to 8f3058ca4f8 ("mail/rspamd: Add vectorscan support", PR 296532).
Both the HYPERSCAN and VECTORSCAN options pass -DENABLE_HYPERSCAN=ON to
CMake, and conf/worker-hs_helper.{conf,inc} are installed whenever
ENABLE_HYPERSCAN is on (cmake/InstallRspamdFiles.cmake). The packing
list, however, gates those entries on %%HYPERSCAN%% only:
- With VECTORSCAN enabled (the new default on amd64, aarch64 and
powerpc64le) the two files are staged but commented out of the
manifest: check-orphans/check-plist fail and the files are missing
from the package.
- On architectures where the HYPERSCAN option is not defined (aarch64,
powerpc64le, i386, armv7, powerpc, powerpc64) %%HYPERSCAN%% is never
defined in PLIST_SUB, so the literal leaks into the packing list.
The PLIST_SUB block dropped by 8f3058ca4f8 was what defined that
variable on non-amd64.
Gate the entries on either scanner backend via a new HS_HELPER
PLIST_SUB variable and bump PORTREVISION.

Includes fixes for memory safety bugs reachable from the network
(HTTP body handling, DNS replies, UCL nesting, DKIM bh=, fuzzy TCP
sessions) and a controller fix where a malformed password hash
accepted any password.

mail/rspamd: fix plist on !amd64
Plist token %%HYPERSCAN%% is not substituted if the corresponding
option doesn't exist. Manually add HYPERSCAN="@comment" when the
option is not defined.
Tested on armv7. The arm64 build is still broken due to an outdated
bundled simdutf, which should probably be unbundled.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3
to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371.
This includes ports
- with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
- with USES=fortran,
- using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
- with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang,

Change cmake default behaviour to outsource.
Ports that build out of source now simply can use "USES=cmake"
instead of "USES=cmake:outsource". Ports that fail to build
out of source now need to specify "USES=cmake:insource".
I tried to only set insource where explictely needed.
