- scikit-fem is a pure Python library for performing finite element assembly. Its
main purpose is the transformation of bilinear forms into sparse matrices and
linear forms into vectors.
The library

devel/py-setuptools: convert individual consumers to ${PY_SETUPTOOLS}
Currently a no-op, but in the future outputs the correct setuptools
port depending on whether USES_PYTHON=distutils is specified.
