net/echoping: readd the port
echoping is non-default optional but very useful dependency
of the SmokePing (net-mgmt/smokeping). I use the software and
will maintain the port.
While here, make it possible to build echoping with GNU dns/libidn2
instead of dns/libidn. For now, still use libidn to preserve POLA.
Default build not changed comparing with one before removal,
so PORTREVISION not bumped.

net/dumbpipe: New port: Unix pipes between devices
Dumbpipe is inspired by the unix tool netcat. While netcat works with IP
addresses, dumbpipe works with 256 bit node ids and therefore is
somewhat location transparent. In addition, connections are encrypted
using TLS. Iroh-net will take case of hole punching and NAT traversal
whenever possible, and fall back to a relay if hole punching does not
succeed.

net/netatalk[34]: Add a new port, netatalk4
Netatalk4 is the latest release of the Netatalk Open Source macOS AFPD
file server suite.
For now, both netatalk3 and netatalk4 will remain, but it is becoming
clear, netatalk4 is The Way™, and netatalk3 should be considered
deprecated.
Netatalk4 has had several releases already, so the underlying afpd
server should be quite stable. Note that since FreeBSD removed
AppleTalk (ddp) support a while ago, that part of netatalk4 is not
enabled.
See https://github.com/Netatalk/netatalk/releases for a summary of all
changes since netatalk3.

Active Storage makes it simple to upload and reference files in cloud services

other services for redundancy. It also provides a disk service for testing or
local deployments, but the focus is on cloud storage.
Files can be uploaded from the server to the cloud or directly from the client
to the cloud.
Image files can furthermore be transformed using on-demand variants for quality,
aspect ratio, size, or any other MiniMagick or Vips supported transformation.

www/gitlab: fix regression from 335fc7c38d61142727cb9f01fd9e401c476e4ad8
Gitlab requires net-http 0.4.1:
Because faraday >= 2, < 2.5 could not be found in locally installed gems
and faraday >= 2.5, < 2.12.1 could not be found in locally installed gems,
faraday >= 2, < 2.12.1 cannot be used.
And because faraday >= 2.12.1 depends on faraday-net_http >= 2.0, < 3.5,
faraday >= 2 requires faraday-net_http >= 2.0, < 3.5.
Because faraday-net_http >= 3.4.0 depends on net-http >= 0.5.0
and faraday-net_http >= 2.0, < 3.4.0 could not be found in locally installed
gems,
faraday-net_http >= 2.0 requires net-http >= 0.5.0.
Thus, faraday >= 2 requires net-http >= 0.5.0.
So, because Gemfile depends on faraday ~> 2
and Gemfile depends on net-http = 0.4.1,
version solving has failed.
While fixing the problem, moved gitlab used packages to own package names with a
PKGNAMESUFFIX of `-gitlab`.
This should make the gitlab package much more stable if updates in the ports are
done.

net/rubygem-activestorage72: Add rubygem-activestorage72 7.2.1
Active Storage makes it simple to upload and reference files in cloud services
like Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Microsoft Azure Storage, and attach
those files to Active Records. Supports having one main service and mirrors in
other services for redundancy. It also provides a disk service for testing or
local deployments, but the focus is on cloud storage.
Files can be uploaded from the server to the cloud or directly from the client
to the cloud.
Image files can furthermore be transformed using on-demand variants for quality,
aspect ratio, size, or any other MiniMagick or Vips supported transformation.

net/py-aiohappyeyeballs: Add py-aiohappyeyeballs 2.3.2
This library exists to allow connecting with Happy Eyeballs when you already
have a list of addrinfo and not a DNS name.
The stdlib version of loop.create_connection() will only work when you pass in
an unresolved name which is not a good fit when using DNS caching or resolving
names via another method such was zeroconf.

net/benthos: Add new port
Benthos solves common data engineering tasks such as transformations,
integrations, and multiplexing with declarative and unit testable
configuration. This allows you to easily and incrementally adapt your data
pipelines as requirements change, letting you focus on the more exciting stuff.
Benthos is able to glue a wide range of sources and sinks together and hook
into a variety of databases, caches, HTTP APIs, lambdas and more, enabling you
to seamlessly drop it into your existing infrastructure.
