Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Clean up all commented PORTREVISION and PORTEPOCH lines

No revision bump tool that we have cleans them up or deals with
them, so we end up with duplicated lines.  Instead of implementing
that just clean up the 51 ports that do this.

PORTREVISION and PORTEPOCH can be set to 0 explicitly instead if
you need a reminder or placeholder.

One more small cleanup, forgotten yesterday.

Remove # $FreeBSD$ from Makefiles.

Drop the ipv6 virtual category for n* category as it is not relevant anymore

Convert to UCL & cleanup pkg-message (categories n)

(and missed 3 missed files from previous categories.)

For some ports under `net*' categories: remove redundant PKGMESSAGE
assignment, which is set appropriately by the b.p.m when `pkg-message'
appears on the SUB_FILES list.

Remove ${PORTSDIR}/ from dependencies, categories m, n, o, and p.

Cleanse more RC_SUBR and RC_SUBR_SUFFIX variables

For those ports that have been fully adapted to USE_RC_SUBR remove the
old RC_SCRIPTS_SUB as it has not been needed for a long time.

For those that have not yet been updated, remove RC_SUBR=${RC_SUBR}
from the list.

Begin the process of deprecating sysutils/rc_subr by
s#. %%RC_SUBR%%#. /etc/rc.subr#

Change to use mpd5 by default.

Add support for mpd5.

New port - mpd-l2tp-ipv6pd-client

A sample implementaiton set of "L2TP-IPv6PD" client using mpd.
"OCN IPv6", provided by NTT Communications Corp, was the first
commercial tunnel service using "L2TP-IPv6PD".

NOTE: This port runs on FreeBSD 6.3 and later.  If you want to run it
on FreeBSD 6.2, you need to apply following diff to your ng_ksocket:
