Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Convert all Go ports to USES=go

This allows for port testing with lang/go-devel via GO_PORT, setting
up the Go build environment in a single place, and is step one in
simplifying Go ports that often define too complicated do-build
targets themselves.

USES=go gains new arguments 'run' to add lang/go to RUN_DEPENDS and
'no_targets' for ports with composite builds that call 'go' themselves
and do not need the do-build/do-install targets of USES=go.

Update amazon-ssm-agent to 2.3.612.0.

This adds support for "sessions", aka. creating a remote shell via the Agent.

In order to support this, an "ssm-user" account is created when the package
is installed; we create this via pkg-install rather than the USERS= / UIDs
functionality, since ssm-user needs to be in wheel and needs to have a home
directory.

Build amazon-ssm-agent directly from the port Makefile rather than recursing
into the makefile distributed with the source code.  In particular, this
should fix the build on i386, where it is currently broken due to amd64
being hard-coded as the build architecture.  Numerous other cleanups to the
build. [1]

Change LICENSE and remove subsidiary variables, as Amazon has relicensed
this from the "Amazon" license to Apache 2.0.

Update Amazon SSM Agent to version 2.0.790.0.

This update does not appear to bring any significant functional changes
affecting FreeBSD; but some patches from the ports tree have been merged
upstream so this commit reduces the set of local patches.

This version of the Amazon SSM Agent builds a "ssm-cli" utility.  Since I
have been unable to determine what this utility does, and it seems to be
entirely undocumented, it is not being installed.

Add amazon-ssm-agent, an "Agent" which can be run on systems to enable
remote code execution via the Amazon Simple Systems Manager (SSM) service.
