Update to Wine 3.0 RC2, which brings a number of bug fixes (no features).

Update to Wine 3.0 RC1, the first release candidate of Wine 3.0.

This includes the following changes:
 - Direct3D 11 enabled by default on AMD and Intel GPUs.
 - Implementation of the task scheduler.
 - Registry export support in the reg.exe tool.
 - Progman DDE support.
 - OLE data cache improvements.
 - More event support in MSHTML.
 - Relay debugging improvements.
 - Various bug fixes.

I got files/patch-dlls_advapi32_perf.c merged upstream, so we can
now remove it here.

Actually commit the following, which I had omitted from revision 455277:

Mark the STAGING option, and hence the wine-staging port as well, as
BROKEN.  Once again that patchset still is not available yet a week
after the Wine snapshot.

Update to Wine 2.22.  This includes the following changes:
 - Source selection dialog for scanners.
 - Float audio formats with more than 2 channels in XAudio.
 - Fixes for DLL injection support.
 - Input methods improvements.
 - Various bug fixes.

Mark the STAGING option, and hence the wine-staging port as well, as
BROKEN.  Once again that patchset still is not available yet a week
after the Wine snapshot.

Temporarily add a patch against dlls/advapi32/perf.c that I got
accepted upstream in the meantime, so it should become obsolete
with the next minor version.

The Wine Staging patchset finally became available for this version, so
unbreak the STAGING option and hence also the wine-staging port.

Explicitly add x11 and xext to USE_XORG (when the X11 option is set),
both of which were pulled in implicitly so far.

Somehow this escaped my testing in a sandbox so far.

bin/widl actually never was dependent on the STAGING option, this was
a test escaping into the tree as part of the recent version update.

Add a new Makefile target check-wine-devel-vs-wine-staging that works
around a deficiency of Mk/Scripts/check-stagedir.sh that does not spot
entries in pkg-plist that move from being enabled only with the STAGING
option (%%STAGING%%foo/bar/file) to being there by default (foo/bar/file).

This has caused actual issues for users, so we need to regularly check
for such cases, which a simple `check-wine-devel-vs-wine-staging` will
now do, provided the staging directory is accessible.

Fix the package list: Over the last couple of snapshots, a number of
components has moved from the Wine Staging project into Wine proper,

However, make check-plist did not notice this and indeed both the
port before this update and with this update always pass check-plist

Add a missing dependency on libtxc_dxtn.so (provided by graphics/s2tc).

PORTREVISION is not bumped (despite policy) for the following reasons:
 - Bumping PORTREVISION just for the slave port wine-staging is likely to
   result in human error later on (i.e. it will cause issues if wine-devel
   needs a bump, or an update).
 - Bumping both wine-devel and wine-staging is overkill.

Combine print/cups-base, print/cups-client and print/cups-image into

Long description:

First some background.  When you hand a file to cups it sets up a chain of
filter programs that converts the file to something a printer understands.
Each filter has a cost associated with it and cups tries to find the
cheapest chain.  Costs used to be configured in such a way that files were
first converted to PostScript.  This could then be manipulated further (e.g.
putting multiple pages on one sheet) before finally being sent to a
PostScript printer or another filter like pstoraster which produces a raster
format understood by non-PostScript printer drivers.  Nowadays most filters

Update to Wine 1.9.2.  This includes the following changes:
 - GStreamer 1.0 support.
 - Support for SHA hashes in BCrypt.
 - Synthesizing bold glyphs also for bitmap fonts.
 - Underlines support in DirectWrite.
 - Still more Shader Model 4 instructions.
 - Various bug fixes.
It also brings quite many changes on the packaging side (libraries),
both for vanilla builds and ones with option STAGING (and hence the
wine-staging port).

No longer set USE_AUTOTOOLS=autoconf for option STAGING; it's not
used currently.

Update to Wine 1.9.1.  This includes the following changes:
 - A few more deferred fixes.
 - Support for debug registers on x86-64.
 - More Shader Model 4 instructions.
 - Various bug fixes.

Replace reference to FreeBSD 8.4 and 9.3 by FreeBSD 9.x.

Update to Wine 1.9.0 which is in direct succession of the now closed
Wine 1.7 release series that we have been following for one-and-a-half
years.

Compared to the Wine 1.8 release, this includes the following changes:
 - A number of fixes that were deferred during code freeze.
 - WSAPoll implementation.
 - Standard font dialog fixes.
 - X11 drag&drop improvements.
 - Various bug fixes.

Update to Wine 1.8 RC3.  Just bugfixes on our way towards a release.

Update to Wine 1.8 RC2.  Just bugfixes (though one new header).

Update to Wine 1.8 RC1 in preparation of the 1.8 release.  This brings
a number of bugfixes over version 1.7.55, no new features.

Update to Wine 1.7.55.  This includes the following changes:
 - Pulse audio driver.
 - Various fixes for Microsoft Office 2013 support.
 - Some more implementation of the Web Services DLL.
 - More fixes for the latest C runtime version.
 - Improvements to the Makefile generation.
 - Various bug fixes.

Also configure --without-gettext.  This should not change the result
of a build in a clean environment (just avoids a warning there) and
makes builds between clean and non-minimal environments more consistent.

Package wine.1 man pages only in the 32-bit case (WINE32) since they
are not built as such in the 64-bit case.

And tools/winemaker is now tools/winemaker/winemaker, so adjust
SHEBANG_FILES accordingly.
