Battle for Wesnoth is a fantasy turn-based strategy game. Battle for control of
villages, using variety of units which have advantages and disadvantages in
different types of terrains and against different types of attacks. Units gain
experience and advance levels, and are carried over from one scenario to the
next campaign.
===> The following configuration options are available for wesnoth-1.18.8_1,1:
CAMPAIGN=on: Campaign server
DOCS=on: Build and/or install documentation
FRIBIDI=on: Bidirectional support
NLS=on: Native Language Support
NOTIFY=on: Desktop notifications
SERVER=on: Server
TEST=off: Build and/or run tests
===> Use 'make config' to modify these settings
Wesnoth assumes an UTF-8 charset by default. Using another charset
will result in a crash. To avoid this situation set the charset
before starting wesnoth:
env LANG=en_US.UTF-8 wesnoth
games/wesnoth: Revert version 1.13 => 1.12
This port is supposed to track stable releases. Those end in even
numbers, e.g. 1.10, 1.12, 1.14. The odd numbers are development
releases. The upgrade to 1.13 was due to a misunderstanding about the
version numbering scheme.

Replace USES=libtool:oldver with USES=libtool or USES=libtool:keepla in
the 32 ports that still use it. Bump PORTREVISION on their dependent
ports except the ones that depend on these:
audio/libogg
audio/libvorbis
devel/pcre
ftp/curl
graphics/jpeg
graphics/libart_lgpl
graphics/tiff
textproc/expat2
textproc/libxslt
In these cases the same trick as in the recent gettext update is used.

care about those header, so you even can claim that those were created by
you instead of me. There are a few more left, I will worry about it later.

Tijl Coosemans has been reported an issue that when root is extracting from the

(sysutils/policykit as an example), there is a chance that the files
gets changed by malicious third parties right after the extraction,
which makes it possible to inject code into the package thus compromise

Presenting GNOME 2.20.1 and all related works for FreeBSD. The official
GNOME 2.20 release notes can be found at
http://www.gnome.org/start/2.20/notes/en/ . Beyond that, this update
includes the new GIMP 2.4 (courtesy of ahze).
The GNOME 2.20 update also includes a huge change in the FreeBSD GNOME
hierarchy. We are now using the more standard DATADIR of ${PREFIX}/share
rather than ${PREFIX}/share/gnome. The result is that fewer patches and
hacks are needed to port GNOME components to FreeBSD. This will mean some
user changes may be required, so be sure to read /usr/ports/UPDATING for
more details.
This release and the things we accomplished in it would not have been
possible without mezz's crazy idea to collapse DATADIR, and his persistence
to make it happen successfully. Ahze and pav also deserve thanks for

- Set --mandir and --infodir in CONFIGURE_ARGS if the configure script
supports them. This is determined by running ``configure --help'' in
do-configure target and set the shell variable _LATE_CONFIGURE_ARGS
which is then passed to CONFIGURE_ARGS.
- Remove --mandir and --infodir in ports' Makefile where applicable
Few ports use REINPLACE_CMD to achieve the same effect, remove them too.
- Correct some manual pages location from PREFIX/man to MANPREFIX/man
- Define INFO_PATH where necessary
- Document that .info files are installed in a subdirectory relative to
PREFIX/INFO_PATH and slightly change add-plist-info to use INFO_PATH and
subdirectory detection.
