multimedia/gstreamer1-plugins-msdk: back out r520767
Already skipped due to dependencies. The original committer failed to
provide full error log to analyze what actually happened on powerpc64.
Let's see if pylon (package builder) complains. One leaf port failing
shouldn't increase "bulk -a" workload much, anyway. |

Mark as only for amd64 and i386: it only applies to Intel graphics chips,
and in any case, fails to compiler on e.g. powerpc64.

Intel(R) Media SDK provides a plain C API to access hardware-accelerated
video decode, encode and filtering on Intel(R) Gen graphics hardware
platforms. Implementation written in C++ 11 with parts in C-for-Media (CM).
Supported video encoders: HEVC, AVC, MPEG-2, JPEG, VP9 Supported video
decoders: HEVC, AVC, VP8, VP9, MPEG-2, VC1, JPEG Supported video
pre-processing filters: Color Conversion, Deinterlace, Denoise, Resize,
Rotate, Composition
