Tulip software is a system dedicated to the visualization of huge
graphs. It manages graphs with a number of elements (node and edges) up
to 500.000 on a personal computer(PIII 600, with 256mo). Its SuperGraph
technology architecture enables to do the following things:
* 3D visualizations
* 3D modifications
* Plug-in support for easy evolution
* Building of clusters and navigation into it
* Automatic drawing of graphs
* Automatic clustering of graphs
* Automatic selection of elements
* Automatic Metric coloration of graphs
graphics/tulip: fix build on platforms without OpenMP (armv7)
The project tries to include a nonexistent header <tulip/tlphash.h> if
it detects that OpenMP is not supported. Removing the include directive
seems to fix the build; perhaps the header wasn't needed after all.

Change cmake default behaviour to outsource.
Ports that build out of source now simply can use "USES=cmake"
instead of "USES=cmake:outsource". Ports that fail to build
out of source now need to specify "USES=cmake:insource".

Mark QT4 ports/functionality for removal on 2019-03-15
While here, chase some KDE4 ports and functionality, these are scheduled for
removal on 2018-12-31. Change the default option/flavor to QT5 where applicable
or use alternative toolkits like GTK.

Make ninja opt-out in cmake.mk
Using ninja instead of make (1) can lead to significant speed ups while
building.
Therefore switch from having the ninja generator opt-in to having it opt-out.
Previously cmake-ports that wanted to use ninja could set
CMAKE_NINJA=yes
now, ports that do not work with ninja can set
cmake:<existing args>,noninja
Note, that needing this should be an exception and most often points to a broken
cmake of the port.

- Add patch to make the port build GCC and CMake 3.1.0.
Tulip overrides CMake's built-in add_library() and add_executable()
commands, so obviously things would explode at some point.
This is a band-aid solution to get things working; the right solution
would be to stop overriding CMake's commands, or even stopping setting
RPATH on libraries and executables altogether, but that depends on getting
the Tulip developers involved (I'm still figuring out if they respond to
pings and patches).
- Use quazip from ports instead of building Tulip's bundled copy. Bundled
software is evil.
- Clean up CMAKE_ARGS. PYTHON_INCLUDEDIR and LOCALBASE were used years ago

The FreeBSD x11@ and graphics team proudly presents
a zeising, kwm production, with help from dumbbell, bdrewery:
NEW XORG ON FREEBSD 9-STABLE AND 10-STABLE
This update switches over to use the new xorg stack by default on FreeBSD 9
and 10 stable, on osversions where vt(9) is available.
It is still possible to use the old stack by specifying WITHOUT_NEW_XORG in
/etc/make.conf .
FreeBSD 8-STABLE and released versions of FreeBSD still use
the old version.
A package repository with binary packages for new xorg will
be available soon.
This patch also contains updates of libxcb and related ports, pixman, as well
(Only the first 15 lines of the commit message are shown above )
Update freetype to 2.5.2.
Remove patch to add -I/usr/local/include in freetype-config --cflags. If
ports need extra headers they should look for them, and not get them via
a side-effect.
Freetype had a header resuffle in 2.5.1, patch ports to use the new header
style.
Thanks go to bdrewery for the two exp-runs and rakuco for helping me with
some troublesome cmake ports.

Switch from libglut to freeglut and retire libglut. Libglut hasn't been
developed in years and has been dropped from the MESA 8.0 distribution.
Freeglut is a rewrite of glut and is actively developed and is used by
many linux distributions instead of libglut.
Bump all ports that directly depend on libglut because of the shlib version
change.
There are some extra items in this patch.
*) Because freeglut doesn't have the same dependancies as libglut, some ports
need extra dependencies added to USE_XORG to make them build.
*) Mark graphics/f90gl broken, f90gl depends on a header that is only shipped
with libglut.
*) Remove option for libglut/freeglut selection in games/cake, only freeglut
remains now.
*) While here fix a png related build issue games/vegastrike.

Update CONFIGURE_ARGS for how we pass CONFIGURE_TARGET to configure script.
Specifically, newer autoconf (> 2.13) has different semantic of the
configure target. In short, one should use --build=CONFIGURE_TARGET
instead of CONFIGURE_TARGET directly. Otherwise, you will get a warning
and the old semantic may be removed in later autoconf releases.
To workaround this issue, many ports hack the CONFIGURE_TARGET variable
so that it contains the ``--build='' prefix.
To solve this issue, under the fact that some ports still have
configure script generated by the old autoconf, we use runtime detection
in the do-configure target so that the proper argument can be used.

- Add runtime detection magic in bsd.port.mk
