- Description:
- OpenTURNS is a scientific C++ and Python library including an internal data
model and algorithms dedicated to the treatment of uncertainties. The main goal
of this library is giving to specific applications all the functionalities
needed to treat uncertainties in studies. Targeted users are all engineers who
want to introduce the probabilistic dimension in their so far deterministic
studies.

Fix math/openblas and bump dependent ports
* Fix build on i386 [1]
* Fix science/code_saturne build with new openblas [2]
* Avoid installing private headers [3]
* Prevent build from optimizing for host by correcting build confg [4]
* Bump portrevision of dependent ports [5]
This is correcting issues from r523749 [1][2][4] and r515970 [3]

math/openturns: fix build on BE architectures
This port fails to build on big-endian architectures, because it redefines
__BIG_ENDIAN__. Our compilers already define __BIG_ENDIAN__ and redefining it
breaks compilation.

Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3
to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371.
This includes ports
- with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
- with USES=fortran,
- using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
- with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang,
c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib
plus, everything INDEX-11 shows with a dependency on lang/gcc9 now.

math/openturns: Update license; Remove the R dependency
This is based on the notes from the upstream.
* R isn't really needed, because it is used for the obsolete way to print
graphs.
* The real license is LGPL2.
