devel/py-darkdetect: Add new port
The main application of this Python package is to detect the Dark mode from
your GUI Python application (Tkinter/wx/pyqt/qt for python (pyside)/...) and
apply the needed adjustments to your interface. Darkdetect is particularly
useful if your GUI library does not provide a public API for this detection.
In addition, this package does not depend on other modules or packages that are
not already included in standard Python distributions.

devel/py-isal: Add py-isal 1.8.0
This package provides Python bindings for the ISA-L library. The Intel(R)
Intelligent Storage Acceleration Library (ISA-L) implements several key
algorithms in assembly language. This includes a variety of functions to provide
zlib/gzip-compatible compression.
python-isal provides the bindings by offering four modules:
- isal_zlib: A drop-in replacement for the zlib module that uses ISA-L to
accelerate its performance.
- igzip: A drop-in replacement for the gzip module that uses isal_zlib instead
of zlib to perform its compression and checksum tasks, which improves
performance.
- igzip_threaded offers an open function which returns buffered read or write
streams that can be used to read and write large files while escaping the GIL
using one or multiple threads. This functionality only works for streaming,
seeking is not supported.
- igzip_lib: Provides compression functions which have full access to the API of
ISA-L's compression functions.

devel/py-ipython-pygments-lexers: Add py-ipython-pygments-lexers 1.1.1
A Pygments plugin for IPython code & console sessions
IPython is an interactive Python shell. Among other features, it adds some
special convenience syntax, including %magics, !shell commands and help?. This
package contains lexers for these, to use with the Pygments syntax highlighting
package.
- The ipython lexer should be used where only input code is highlighted
- The ipythonconsole lexer works for an IPython session, including code,
prompts, output and tracebacks.
These lexers were previously part of IPython itself (in IPython.lib.lexers), but
have now been moved to a separate package.

perform dark magic to collect the translation from translation tables, and fill

devel/p5-Dancer2-Plugin-LogReport: Add p5-Dancer2-Plugin-LogReport 2.02
Dancer2::Plugin::LogReport provides easy access to the extensive logging
facilities provided by Log::Report. Along with Dancer2::Logger::LogReport, this
brings together all the internal Dancer2 logging, handling for expected and
unexpected exceptions, translations and application logging.
Logging is extremely flexible using many of the available dispatchers. Multiple
dispatchers can be used, each configured separately to display different
messages in different formats. By default, messages are logged to a session
variable for display on a webpage, and to STDERR.
Messages within this plugin use the extended Dancer2::Logger::LogReport::Message
class rather than the standard Log::Report::Message class.
Note that it is currently recommended to use the plugin in all apps within a
Dancer2 program, not only some. Therefore, wherever you use Dancer2 you should
also use Dancer2::Plugin::LogReport. This does not apply if using the same app
name (use Dancer2 appname, 'Already::Exists'). In all other modules, you can
just use Log::Report.

devel/py-pybreaker: Add py-pybreaker 1.4.1
PyBreaker is a Python implementation of the Circuit Breaker pattern, described
in Michael T. Nygard's book Release It!.
In Nygard's words, "circuit breakers exists to allow one subsystem to fail
without destroying the entire system. This is done by wrapping dangerous
operations (typically integration points) with a component that can circumvent
calls when the system is not healthy".
Features:
- Configurable list of excluded exceptions (e.g. business exceptions)
- Configurable failure threshold and reset timeout
- Support for several event listeners per circuit breaker
- Can guard generator functions
- Functions and properties for easy monitoring and management
- Thread-safe
- Optional redis backing
- Optional support for asynchronous Tornado calls

devel/py-opentelemetry-exporter-credential-provider-gcp: Add
py-opentelemetry-exporter-credential-provider-gcp 0.60b0
This library provides support for supplying your machine's Application Default
Credentials to the OTLP Exporters created automatically by OpenTelemetry
Python's auto instrumentation. These credentials authorize OTLP traces to be
sent to telemetry.googleapis.com.
Currently telemetry.googleapis.com only supports OTLP traces, but eventually the
endpoint will support OTLP logs and metrics too.

devel/py-protoc-gen-validate: Add py-protoc-gen-validate 1.2.1
While protocol buffers effectively guarantee the types of structured data, they
cannot enforce semantic rules for values. This package is a python
implementation of protoc-gen-validate, which allows for runtime validation of
various semantic assertions expressed as annotations on the protobuf schema. The
syntax for all available annotations is in validate.proto. Implemented Python
annotations are listed in the rules comparison.

devel/base64: Add base64 0.5.2
This is an implementation of a base64 stream encoding/decoding library in C99
with SIMD (AVX2, AVX512, NEON, AArch64/NEON, SSSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, AVX) and
OpenMP acceleration. It also contains wrapper functions to encode/decode simple
length-delimited strings. This library aims to be:
- FAST;
- easy to use;
- elegant.
On x86, the library does runtime feature detection. The first time it's called,
the library will determine the appropriate encoding/decoding routines for the
machine. It then remembers them for the lifetime of the program. If your
processor supports AVX2, SSSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2 or AVX instructions, the library
will pick an optimized codec that lets it encode/decode 12 or 24 bytes at a
time, which gives a speedup of four or more times compared to the "plain"
bytewise codec.
AVX512 support is only for encoding at present, utilizing the AVX512 VL and VBMI
instructions. Decoding part reused AVX2 implementations. For CPUs later than
Cannonlake (manufactured in 2018) supports these instructions.
NEON support is hardcoded to on or off at compile time, because portable runtime
feature detection is unavailable on ARM.
Even if your processor does not support SIMD instructions, this is a very fast
library. The fallback routine can process 32 or 64 bits of input in one round,
depending on your processor's word width, which still makes it significantly
faster than naive bytewise implementations. On some 64-bit machines, the 64-bit
routines even outperform the SSSE3 ones.

devel/lua-language-server: Resurrect port
Once upon a time, I made a lua-language-server port. It was
basically one giant hack, and it sortof worked, if you stood
on one foot and didn't breathe. Eventually it became too big
of a burden and I deprecated it, and it was subsequently
removed back in 2022.
Dave Marker took the old port, worked with markj to fix some
longstanding bugs in an upstream dependency of a dependency,
and got the port working in a far more stable state than I'd
ever gotten it.
It's worth noting that the build is remarkably complex. LuaLS
is built by luamake (with its baffling DSL) which is, in turn,
built using raw ninja which is.... awful to work with.
It's also worth noting that Dave took this on as his first
port.
So, here comes--once again--the lua-language-server (aka LuaLS),
the most popular and featureful LSP server for Lua.
